What are the basic requirements?

Can I share my account with my friend?
- We do not encourage account sharing at any cost. As part of our security measures, our Automated IP screening System regularly screens activity in our website. During the screening, if we have reason to believe that an issue regarding multiple IP access in one account especially IP's from different states, countries or networks will result in an immediate account deletion from our data base without any notice.
What is your refund policy?
- We only provide refunds if customers request the refund within 30 MIN of customer's Signup. You must contact our Support Team
within 30 min of your sign up to claim a refund.
Are there any monthly contracts?
- We DO NOT have any contract with our packages other than monthly subscriptions. You can cancel your monthly subscriptions from your end at any time you want.
